Timothy Bridges

Timothy Bridges, a cherished son, devoted father, and beloved brother, passed away on January 10 2024, at the age of 48. Born in Grenada, Mississippi, on August 8, 1975, Tim's journey through life was marked by his unwavering dedication, quiet strength, and a commitment to helping others.

A proud graduate of Vicksburg Warren School District, Tim finished his education at Vicksburg High School, where he began to forge his path in the world. He later pursued a career at Kitchens Lumber Company, offering not only his hard work and dedication but also his impeccable attendance, never missing a day of work during his tenure. This rare reliability reflected his character—one defined by responsibility and determination.

Tim was known for his quiet demeanor coupled with a wealth of knowledge about current events and happenings in the community. He often kept his brothers informed about news and local issues, proving to be not only a source of information but also a pillar of support for them. His willingness to lend a helping hand at any given moment illustrated his kind-hearted nature and deep compassion for those around him.

In his personal life, Tim was a doting father to his son, Marchello D. Bridges, with whom he shared a special bond. Timothy will be deeply missed by all who knew him, including his fathers, Jimmie D. McNeal and George Ringold, and his six brothers: Nicholas Ringold, Kenya Ringold, Vernell Ringold, Earl Ringold, Joshua McNeal, and Jimmy Woods. He is also survived by his two sisters, Leslie McNeal and Deidra McNeal.

Tim's mother, Jeanette Ringold, preceded him in death, and her absence will be profoundly felt by those who loved her as well.

Services to honor Timothy’s life will be held on January 20, 2024, at C J Williams Mortuary Center in Vicksburg, Mississippi. The funeral service will commence at 2:30 PM, providing friends and family an opportunity to come together, share memories, and celebrate the life of a remarkable man.
